ENG 21100 Modern Latin American Literature

Modern Latin American Literature is a critical, distinctive and dynamic body of writing. In this course, students will read and discuss some of the best contemporary works by Latin American authors of the 20th century, including short stories, poetry and a novel. All works will be assigned in English translation. Students need not know Spanish to take this course. Fulfills literature requirement for the AA degree.
