ART 14700 Painting I

This course is an introduction to basic painting concepts and techniques by means of assigned problems ranging from abstract to representational. Acrylic paints required. A minimum of 50 percent of the class sessions will include working from the nude human figure. Museum and/or gallery visits are a requirement for this course. No previous art experience is necessary.
