HPW 10800 Wellness and Body Toning

Participants will engage in a variety of low-impact strength training, core conditioning, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercises, aimed at enhancing muscle tone, posture, and endurance. In addition to physical wellness, the course integrates other dimensions that emphasizes stress management techniques, basic nutrition, and strategies to to incorporate long-term overall well-being.
