LGS 10700 Contract Law and Litigation

This course covers the law of contracts, including an examination of both common law contracts and Uniform Commercial Code principles. Topics covered include contract formation, consideration, mutual assent, legality, enforceability, sales, breach and remedies. Students will learn to draft simple contracts.
