BIO 11000 Anatomy and Physiology I

This course studies the structure and function of the human body. Content includes the characteristics of cells, tissues, basic chemistry of life, membranes and organs. The skeletal, muscular and nervous systems are covered. Laboratory exercises using microscope slides, models and dissection are designed to illustrate the basic concepts studied in lecture.
