ENG 20000 Writing in the Discipline - Honors

Advanced composition and rhetoric instruction designed to give students practice in reading and writing texts within various disciplines. This course focuses on how disciplinary conventions and rhetorical situations require different choices in language, structure, format, tone, citation, and documentation. Students will research reading and writing conventions in the field of their choice and receive advanced instruction in planning, drafting, arranging, revising, editing, and presenting discipline-specific texts.
