CUL 23210 Restaurant and Patisserie Desserts

Students will focus on the preparation of finished and plated desserts for a restaurant and patisserie setting with the use of classic and current industry techniques. This course will cover the importance of understanding flavors, menu writing, presentation and display to culminate with students using the skills learned to develop their own version of a finished plated desserts and menu description.
