HOS 27300 Internship

Students are placed with a local hospitality or culinary establishment appropriate to their career goals and interests and will spend at least 135 hours at the internship site. Varied assignments in the specific industry setting provide work experience and hands-on training under the combined supervision of a member of the industry and a college faculty member.
