ESL 06000 English for Speakers of Other Languages - Advanced II

This is an eight-credit equivalent course, which meets eight hours per week. ESL 060 is an intensive course designed for students with limited language competency. The class is devoted to individually tailored learning activities and small group activities, which concentrate on the four basic language skills - speaking, listening, reading and writing. These skills are taught with the goal of giving students sufficient command of the language to move toward higher levels.
