ESL 05800 Application of Language Skills III

This is an intensive course designed for students assessed at the Advanced I level of English competency. The class focuses on application of the four basic language skills --speaking, listening, reading and writing through essay writing, advanced reading comprehension, class/small group discussion and presentations. These skills are examined and applied with the goal of giving students sufficient command of the language to approach college-level English proficiency.
