CYB 11200 Windows® 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician

This course maps to Microsoft Certification exam 70-685 Windows® 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician. Topics include resolving IP connectivity issues, understanding workgroup and active directory, troubleshooting startup problems, hardware issues, Internet Explorer issues, mobile connectivity problems, printer issues, dealing with software issues, and understanding and dealing with performance issues as well as security issues. This is a required course in the Cyber Security degree program, is also appropriate for students pursuing the CSS degree, and is for those interested in supporting the Windows® 7 environment.
