CRJ 11100 Police Organization and Management

The objective of this course is to examine various approaches to proactive police management. It looks into the various ways that these approaches can be applied ot real world law enforcement settings. A thorough analysis of police organization and management styles, beginning with a historical perspective, modern management approaches, and a glimpse at the future direction of police management is undertaken.
